Did I mention how obsessed I am with this new fashion of part-cookbook, part-journal style books? No. Well I am. And this book designed by Canadian Isabel Foo looks like it would make a fascination (and beautiful) read.

“The Antarctic Book of Cooking and Cleaning follows authors Wendy Trusler and Carol Devine on their adventure to the south pole as part of a Canadian-Russian clean-up project on the Antarctic Peninsula. The Antarctic Book of Cooking and Cleaning was also inspired by accounts from historic polar explorers. We produced the book, postcards, packaging, scarves, and a promotional kitchen apron.”
