Irish graphic designer Trevor Finnegan, founder of Revert Design, worked on this great branding identity for Irish restaurant Hatch & Sons. The name comes from an old dairy that used to be on a nearby street back in the late 19th century.
“For the branding of this project I wanted to find out as much as possible about this old dairy and base the menu design etc around what the old dockets and invoices of the dairy might have looked like. We were also contacted by a relative of the original Hatch family who sent us some very old photos of the original owners.”
